
Overview
This role is perfect for someone with deep experience in partner-driven sales, particularly in working with Tier 2 Service Providers (MSPs, MSSPs, UCaaS). The right candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partner relationships, driving pipeline growth, and supporting go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow business with Tier 2 Service Providers in the region
Recruit, onboard, and enable new MSP partners
Drive channel preference and co-sell into joint enterprise opportunities
Collaborate on business plans, account strategies, and joint GTM initiatives
Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting
Support partner enablement across sales, technical, and marketing functions
Manage pricing, proposals, procurement, and contracting processes
Requirements
5+ years of experience in tech sales, ideally in networking or cybersecurity
Strong background working with Tier 2 SPs or MSPs in the DACH market
Solid understanding of SD-WAN, SASE, and security technologies
Proven success in meeting/exceeding quotas and building lasting relationships
