Responsibilities
Deliver technical expertise and pre-sales support to partners and enterprise customers.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and strategic accounts.
Lead product demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Support RFI/RFP processes with high-quality technical responses.
Educate and enable partners on evolving product capabilities.
Provide product and competitive feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
Proven experience designing or managing large enterprise or service provider networks.
Strong understanding of SASE architectures, Cloud Security, and secure access technologies (FWaaS, CASB, DLP, etc.).
Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, NAT, QoS).
Experience with identity & access management (SAML, LDAP, Active Directory).
