We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support the pre-sales, pilot, and post-sales process. You will be the technical expert guiding clients through implementations, demos, and hands-on pilots, ensuring customer satisfaction through deep technical expertise in Secrets Management, DevOps, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust Access.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales meetings, demos, and independent creation of lab environments.
Conduct POCs remotely, showcasing Akeyless services and product capabilities.
Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and R&D Engineers to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
Respond to competitive analyses and product inquiries.
Deliver webinars, meetups, and conference presentations.
Provide advanced technical support for onboarding and complex customer issues.

Requirements

3+ years of Presales Solutions Architect experience, ideally in software or cybersecurity.
Strong Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) knowledge.
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps and Infrastructure Security.
Expertise in IAM, PAM, KMS, PKI, SSH Management, and related fields.
