A fast-growing vendor in the Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure / Digital Employee Experience Management (DEEM) space is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its dynamic sales team. This vendor specializes in real-time visibility and remediation solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud environments, empowering IT teams to optimize the digital experience for remote and hybrid workforces.
Responsibilities
Prospect, research, and engage IT decision-makers
Drive outbound communication
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support regional revenue targets.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activity and pipeline development.
Requirements
5+ year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role, ideally in SaaS or IT solutions.
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with sales tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with performance-based rewards.
