Overview

A fast-growing vendor in the Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure / Digital Employee Experience Management (DEEM) space is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its dynamic sales team. This vendor specializes in real-time visibility and remediation solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud environments, empowering IT teams to optimize the digital experience for remote and hybrid workforces.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, research, and engage IT decision-makers

  • Drive outbound communication

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support regional revenue targets.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activity and pipeline development.

Requirements

  • 5+ year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role, ideally in SaaS or IT solutions.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Familiarity with sales tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with performance-based rewards.
