Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing Solutions Architects 
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align customer needs with technical delivery 
- Engage directly with enterprise customers during pre-sales and post-sales cycles 
- Develop scalable processes for demos, POCs, and solution design 
- Serve as a technical escalation point and thought leader across the org 
Requirements
- 5+ years leading technical pre-sales/Solutions Architecture teams 
- Strong background in DevOps, Secrets Management, and/or Cloud Security 
- Hands-on expertise with SaaS, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, especially with enterprise stakeholders 
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
