Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing Solutions Architects
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align customer needs with technical delivery
Engage directly with enterprise customers during pre-sales and post-sales cycles
Develop scalable processes for demos, POCs, and solution design
Serve as a technical escalation point and thought leader across the org
Requirements
5+ years leading technical pre-sales/Solutions Architecture teams
Strong background in DevOps, Secrets Management, and/or Cloud Security
Hands-on expertise with SaaS, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, especially with enterprise stakeholders
Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
