A market leader in the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) space. They provide a powerful, unified platform that combines real-time monitoring, automation, and remediation to help IT teams streamline operations and keep employees productive. Their solution eliminates tool sprawl, reduces complexity, and ensures a seamless digital workday for enterprise users.
Responsibilities
Drive net new revenue growth across mid-market and commercial accounts
Sell through multiple routes: channel partners, direct, and cloud marketplaces
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
Build and manage strong partner relationships within VAR/MSP/ISV networks
Deliver compelling sales presentations to IT and business stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Forecast accurately using CRM tools and report on pipeline health
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partner Sales, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
5+ years of B2B field sales experience in SaaS, software, or IT solutions
Proven success in a quota-carrying role with strong closing capabilities
Solid experience working with channel partners; existing relationships preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills at the executive level
Experience in DEX, VDI, EUC, or IT monitoring solutions is a plus
MEDDPICC certification is a strong advantage
Willing to travel within the Northeast region
Must live in NY or NJ
